Our roles


setec opency is providing scheduling, construction management and coordination (SCMC) services at the design and implementation phases (preliminary/detailed design, and assistance with bids, contracting, works supervision and acceptance). The company will accompany the client up to the commissioning of the underground metro system (not including monitoring the systems and rolling stock).

This assignment involves:

  • Setting up and monitoring schedules for administrative procedures, design surveys, summaries, deviations and general contracting
  • Coordinating work on deviations
  • Coordinating schedules and deadlines with the systems engineers
